The Coast of Death | A tornado, fog and wild weather - sailing on the Atlantic coast of Spain (#13)
The Coast of Death on the North Atlantic coast of Spain is notorious amongst sailors and when there we encounter some wild weather including a wave over the bow and a mini tornado whilst at anchor in force 9 winds, huge seas and fog all whilst nervously keeping an eye out for Orcas.
Join us for both the wild winds and then the flat calm as we explore north west Spain and the stunning Spanish Ria's starting in Camarinas where have a beautiful flat night at anchor.
We fly our spinnaker and see Risso’s Dolphins as we make our way to Ria de Arousa.
