Safely Use the Prusik Hitch as a Solo Sailor

I have been practicing knots and learning two new ones. The Flying Bowline is fun and can be used when need to create a loop very quickly for docking or throwing to someone overboard, and the Prusik enables me as a solo sailor to climb the mast with a safety line.
