Ruckus Alaskan Sailing, Kelp Whips & Fond Farewells | Ep. 22 | Sailing into Ketchikan
The sunshine continues as we awake to perfectly calm morning in Snug Anchorage on Prince of Wales Island near Ketchikan, Alaska. We head to shore for a stroll, Ben and Rachel play with some bull kelp, we check out the beautiful forest, clean up some garbage, then set off on the final day of sailing with Ben and Rachel aboard.
After exiting the poorly charted anchorage, we are greeted by a perfect breeze that has us sailing at hull speed in no time! The great sailing continues all the way to Ketchikan where we tie up for the night and go out on the town.
