This Isn't Boat Work - This Is An Art (MJ Sailing - Ep 330)

Firstly, let me say that Matt is doing some REALLY cool things with our helm station! And although he swears he's been filming the progress, as I went back to edit it, I can't find it anywhere. Time to do a search through every single SD card we own, haha.
So this week you get to follow me on my work through the boat. Big goal is 'Let's do the LAST bits of fairing which need to be accomplished before we can get final primer on!!'.
If you've seen us struggling with the line on the outboard side of the boat, we've finally thrown our hands up and decided that most of the areas will get white oak trim to cover that space (and hide our blinds?) and they no longer need work. Unfortunately, the heads and the aft cabins don't get this luxury.
I go through with a new trowel which has a large radius and try to touch up the last bits on here, although since we just sprayed primer, it's a little tough to tell exactly were I had been working.
My next project, especially in the areas where we don't have to worry about that line anymore, is to make coves to transition from the sides and furniture into the cabin sole! All these months of working in these areas and I'd completely forgotten!!
Join along on my last two days of work here as I touch up a few of the areas I'd been working on, and then roll on some of our high build primer to see how it blends in to the existing surfaces.
We hope you enjoy!!
