Steve had to fly back to the UK for his mum's 90th birthday, which meant I was solo on SV Cordelia in the Rio Dulce, with a cabin to clear and a whole lot of varnish to remove. Could I actually do it?
This is the honest reality of solo liveaboard life the jobs, the heat, the quiet nights, and what it's really like when one half of the crew is away.
