S2.E5 Martinique

January 11th, 2022.

We took some time to explore the interior of Martinique and while out and about did some important toy shopping.

But the end of the week was the lowest point in cruising so far. After a very short battle with cancer my mother passed away and not being at home in New Zealand with her or with my family was the hardest time I have ever experienced so far. New Zealand made it impossible to travel home to be with them, and for this I think I will be forever angry.
But the support I got for Glen and the boys and messages from family and friends helped and I love them all the more for it.
So towards the end of the week we took very few videos and this will also show in our next episode as we had many private moments. We hope you understand.
