The Sailing Adventures of Captain Svetlana

Welcome to Captain Svetlana We are Svetlana and Andy. It has long been an ambition to escape everyday life and live our dream of sailing the world. With 3 cocker spaniels and a cat we were not sure how things would work out. In the summer of 2021 we moved to Greece aboard our first boat Delfina - a 42' Ketch with our three English Cocker Spaniels - Alyona, Truffle and Strelka, to give it a try and learn to sail. We explored the western side of Greece from Corfu down to Messalonghi. We love it! In December 2021 we sold Delfina to buy 'Captain Svetlana' formerly Seafire - a Hunter 460 as our permanent home. We plan to spend 2022 exploring more of Greece before widening our horizons. So for January 2022 our channel name is changed to The Sailing Adventures of Captain Svetlana. Join us on our journey to our dream life. Our Sailing Dream as we continue to learn and explore.
