Closing in on the Corinth Canal - sailing upwind towards the most expensive canal in the world!

After a couple of days at anchor at Nafpaktos we continue our journey east sailing along the Gulf of Corinth towards the canal.

The weather was so hot that it was nicer to be out sailing in whatever breeze we could find than sitting at anchor, even if it meant slow sailing and with dolphins visiting us and technology helping us steer the boat what better place could there be than on the bow of our sailing boat?
