Forgotten lake | Winter in Ontario
This was a quiet day spent exploring a frozen shoreline in Ontario. Massive walls of ice had formed along the rock face, creating narrow passages, hidden spaces, and views out across the frozen lake. There’s something about winter that strips everything down to its simplest form. No noise. No distractions. Just the landscape, the cold air, and the sound of your own footsteps.
This place feels forgotten — but not empty.
Just waiting.
