How to reset Non EU Boat Flag Temporary Admission without exit europe schengen area in Melilla

If you have a Boat with non Europe Union flag you probably know that you must reset your Temporary Admission (importation) each 18 months. What you probably don't know is that you can do it without exit the europe schengen area. I will intruduce you Melilla

Ceuta and Melilla are Spain territory but don't belong a Europe Union Custom Union territory and because of this is possible to reset the 18 months here avoiding places like Tunisia, Montenegro and Albania that have travel restriction because the covid.
