Crazy Crab Boat Docking Races & Getting My Old Yacht Back in the Water!
Things get pretty wild in Solomons, Maryland as I check out the local boat docking races, where crab boat captains race against the clock to slam their boats into the dock as fast as possible.
After the races, it’s back to my old CT56, Nauti Dogs. She’s been sitting on the hard for over a year, and there’s a long list of jobs to finish before she can finally go back in the water. In this episode I keep working through the repairs, maintenance, cleaning and last-minute projects as I get her ready to sail again.
The plan is to get Nauti Dogs back in the water and eventually head south toward the Caribbean this winter.
