NEW Lagoon 47 - Walkthrough

We’re back! And we flew ourselves to the Cannes Yachting Festival to check out the new Lagoon 47 catamaran.

We don’t have a boat anymore, but we still dream about our years at sea on our Lagoon 46. So when the 47 was unveiled, we knew we had to see her in person. In this video we fly the Spanish coast and the stunning low-altitude VFR route along the south of France, settle into Cannes for two nights, and then take you through every inch of the new Lagoon 47, comparing it the whole way to the 46 we lived aboard for almost three years. New forward cockpit door, the mast moved forward again, an extra fifth cabin, a redesigned flybridge helm, and a lot more.

We also snuck a look at the Lagoon 60, 65, and 82 for fun. Then it was back in the plane for a straight shot home over open water to Alicante.

We don’t know yet what’s next for us… no boat plans to announce, no big relaunch promise. Just two people who love boats, taking it one moment at a time. If you enjoy this one, let us know in the comments.
