COASTGUARD DENIES US COMING TO LAND IN THE PHILIPPINES! - (Episode 310)

In this episode we sail into Siargao, Philippines, where we were told we could go to land to clear in, but the Mayor of the municipality had different ideas. She sends the coastguard to make sure we don't step on land, so we try a different angle, and attempt to clear into the city of Surigao, 40 miles away...

SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world. They found bulkhead damage on their catamaran in Panama, so have fixed her up, and are now sailing across through Asia headed for the Indian Ocean!!
