Crew on HIGH ALERT sailing through PIRATE WATERS in the Philippines! - (Episode 320)

In this episode we sail through the Sulu sea which was once the most treacherous pirate waters in the world, because of the terrorist group Abu Sayyaf. There have been 85 crew held hostage over the years, with some horrific executions taking place in the Philippines. But it turns out the pirates were the least of our worries, when we get stuck up a river and get overwhelmed by logs rushing downstream straight towards us!

SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world. They found bulkhead damage on their catamaran in Panama, so have fixed her up, and are now sailing across through Asia headed for the Indian Ocean!!
