Oyster Harvesting & Eating them Raw - Seabrook Island SC - EP33

Oyster Harvesting can be great this time of year. We go out and take just what we want to eat. If you try this yourselves, remember, they are razor sharp, you will need rubber gloves, and solid sole boots if you plan on walking around the beds. Put back any that you decide not to eat, as they will continue to grow. Enjoy!
