Enough? Doubling Our Solar. Installing Four 100 Watt Solar Panels on Sailboat Bimini (Ep.191)

This is phase 3 of our solar system for off-grid life on a sailboat. We're installing 400 watts of flexible solar panels on the bimini of our sailboat.
Phase 1 = 150 watts to sail across the Gulf of Mexico from Texas.
Phase 2 = 190 more watts (340w total) to continue cruising the Chesapeake and make 2 trips to the Bahamas.
Phase 3 is this video for a total of 740 watts.
Is it enough?
