This week we depart the Gold Coast Seaway ready to ride the northerly winds 100 nautical miles to the mouth of the Clarence River in New South Wales coastline. Once the wind picks up in the afternoon, we go the fastest we've ever been on Mirrool surfing downwind. It made for an exciting sail (as well as being a little bit nerve wracking for Pascale!).
