A trail of broken dolls leads to a windswept ocean beach… then a solo paddleboard trip reveals hidden coves and turquoise shallows in the Ragged Islands.
In this episode of Sailing Dark Angel, we explore remote Hog Cay in the Ragged Islands. Our hike to the ocean side takes an eerie turn along a trail marked with broken, disfigured dolls and toys.

⚠️ Lightning Strike Update
In real time, we were directly struck by lightning. Navigation systems, running lights, anchor lights, work lights, a large freezer, and even our keel were damaged. We're still facing VAT, duty, exchange rates, customs brokerage, and a costly haul-out for keel repairs in the Dominican Republic.
