A peaceful day of solo sailing in Denmark took an unexpected turn when I spotted a sailboat drifting aimlessly on the horizon. No sails, no engine, and—from a distance—no sign of life.
In this episode, I’m navigating the 32-ton Lady Liselot from the Isle of Sejerø towards Middelfart. What started as a 'quiet day at the office' quickly became a potential rescue mission. The 4 camera's I use to produce my outdoor footage, are so called PTZ - P(an) T(ilt) Z(oom). Zoom, I only use on the rear camera, when I am underway. As you have seen I use the pan and tilt a lot. And in the dark they produce a great (short view) infrared image. I even can navigate in a marina at night on my cams.
Since they all are so called "IP camera's", each have an unique (hardwired) IP address (no DNS) in my network.

This automatically means: no boat tour and no boat jobs. These subjects do not fit the format. So, I aim to give you a feel for what life's like aboard for me and hope you enjoy it, perhaps relate to it or maybe even learn something. But it's simply my story and the way I do things.
