This episode addresses the classic question of which boat is faster, a catamaran or a monohull, between SV Delos and our Lagoon 450 catamaran (or Jamie 465 to be exact). There are obviously too many variables to properly answer this question, but a 450 mile race offshore in French Polynesia certainly is a good test for both captains, who have currently won one race each over the years, making this the 3rd and deciding race between Delos an Parlay...

SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world. We found bulkhead damage on their catamaran in Panama, so have fixed her up, and are now sailing across the Pacific Ocean!!
