Peak GALE FORCE off the California Coast.

Here is a quick preview of what you'll see in an upcoming video that will be up in 2-3 weeks. This footage is from the morning of September 20th when the winds and seas were peaking during the three days of gale force we experienced off the California Coast. These hectic conditions continued throughout the day, but by sunset, they were starting to slowly subside. Finally at around midnight, conditions calmed down markedly, and then 24 hours after these clip were taken, we had the engine on as the winds went almost calm 30 miles out from the safe anchorage of Drakes Bay.
