At the time this video is published, it’s been a year since we’ve had somewhat of a “normal” boat life, and this is as normal a life we’ve had since.
Boat life definitely has its highs and lows, and this was as typical of a boat day as it gets!
For us, it meant starting the day having the most wonderful breakfast at the pontoon restaurant in front of your boat before acquiring some dive gear we were excited to try, until boat life hit us like a frying pan in the face :)
But if there’s one thing I got from 2020, it is that because we felt such a sense of loss of the beautiful life we made for ourselves, that I grew a lot more tolerant to the “frying pan hits”. I’ll take all the breakage in the world, as long as we get to enjoy the sunsets! :)
Also people… have dinghy chaps made ;)
