SDA222 Hurricane on the Horizon: Off-Season Deserted Beach & Litterbox Challenge
We wait at Great Exuma for Hurricane Erin to pass, lazily exploring the unusually deserted Sand Dollar beach with lush trees overhanging the ocean. Then we tuck into the Litterbox for a Westerly blow, where anchoring in the shallow waters becomes a bit of a challenge.
In this episode of Sailing Dark Angel we wait at Great Exuma for hurricane Erin to pass us by before continuing our journey south. We lazily explore an unusually deserted, but gorgeous, Sand Dollar beach with lush trees overhanging the ocean and an empty anchorage. Then we tuck into the Litterbox for a Westerly blow, where anchoring becomes a bit of a challenge in the shallow waters among the local boats.
