400 euro abandoned boat Cutting a hole in the deck | S4 E27 HD 1080p

Abandoned and drifting for 2 years. When I came across this 1988 Beneteau First 305 the engine was in bits and the sole boards were floating.

Now 8 weeks later she is back in the water and sailing but there is still plenty to do especially to make her water tight for the winter. The most obvious is a hole in the cockpit floor where a metal plate has corroded away.
