400 euro abandoned boat | Fixing leaks and water pumps S4 E30

Abandoned and drifting. When I first came across this 1988 Beneteau First 305 the engine was in bits and the sole boards floating. Just 8 weeks later she is back in the water and sailing. The first real rain this year and we have some leaks. More concerning is a siezed water circulation pump and a leaky raw water pump.
