DOING IT TOUGH – Another tropical island anchorage to ourselves – Hunter Island & Port Clinton Ep 40

Sail along with us through Australia’s Great Barrier Reef Islands on the Whitby 42 Ketch, ‘Our Dreamtime’. After a sleepless night on anchor-watch, we couldn’t wait to escape from the rocky bottomed bay on the southern side of Curlew Island and make our way south to Hunter Island and enjoy a little piece of paradise all by ourselves

The next day we dodged a warship and battled big currents around Cape Townsend.

The fishing lines were in and out of the water while we traversed ‘green’ conservation zones before we found a very nice bay on the northern end of port Clinton to drop anchor for the night.
