I HAVE A PROBLEM - and I hope it's just the barnacles!

I have noticed that Wahine has been a tad slower of late and when motoring I am getting a slight shudder between 2500 - 3000 rpm. It's been a year since I painted her bottom so I am `hauling her out for a day to inspect, clean, and paint.
