Solo Across The Gulf of California & Getting A Sailboat Ready For Summer Storage - Ep. 87

Here is the last episode of our 2023-2024 sailing season! During this journey, we sailed down all the way from Washington/British Columbia down to Cabos San Lucas, then up the Baja east coast to the Loreto area where we spent most of the winter. In this episode, Trevor wraps up his solo journey form La Paz up to San Carlos on the mainland side of the Gulf of California. Sporadic winds make for a rather slow crossing, but thats how it goes sometimes! Once in San Carlos, it's time to "summerize" the boat for storage in Mexico. Trevor covers the steps sailors should take if they plan to leave their beloved vessels under the hot Mexican sun for the summertime.
