As Polish we can definitely say we are spoiled by excellent baked goods. Really sad to say but Caribbean is not famous for gourmet baking 🔥 There are few places in the Caribbean Islands where we can buy a decent bread. One of these is Martinique. And that is why we decided to be even more independent at our floating home and stop dreaming of french baguettes ... and instead BAKE OUR OWN!!
