Live aboard luxury. Exclusive walkaround this 2012 Pilot Cutter GRP replica for sale at just £595k

We have been wintering in Meganisi tucked up next door to this fantastic example of a St Malo Pilot Cutter. Built in 2012 it was one of the last boats produced by the famous boat builder Nigel Heard at the Gaffers and Luggers boatyard.
Talking to the owner, it turns out that this 75' GRP construction is for sale.

I couldn't resist taking a look around to see how to other half live. If you are interested then offers around £595k VAT paid are being considered. However a little bird tells me that a deal can be done with possibly a part exchange....
