We Had No Wind for 18 Days. It Was the Best Passage We've Ever Done.

We have been cleared to leave Costa Rica for our longest sail yet to Mexico. After nearly 2 months spent in Costa Rica, or should I say the coast of Costa Rica, all during the pandemic of 2020, we now are leaving for Mexico.

Customs and immigration have stamped our passports, our bilges are full of food, and we are ready to set sail. On this episode, we take off from safe harbour of Marina Papagayo and sail out to sea with anticipation of three weeks on the open ocean.

We capture some on the most incredible underwater footage of dolphins as the escort us out to sea and on for our biggest adventure yet. We have perfect winds for the first 100 nautical miles and settle into a long and much anticipated trip for the Baja of California.
